Moving in Day
Larry & I showed up on Doug & Mallena's doorstep at 6:30 Saturday morning with a trailer full of their things. We had everything unloaded by 8:30 am. Their Elder's Quorum was told to be there by 11:00 to help, but due to us arriving so soon there was nothing for them to do. Their bishop helped Doug haul in the piano. They have a very nice, friendly ward. Larry is playing the piano to make sure it was "still in tune". We unpacked a lot of boxes & arranged the living room. They have a very nice home in a nice neighborhood.

Yellowstone
I was really excited to see a bison ambling down the road towards us shortly after entering the park. The further we went the more we saw. Pretty soon we were practically surrounded. This guy didn't care that he was crowding us on the road.
Everyone knows how much Larry likes to play checkers. He's so good he can take on two players at the same time.
Finally! A creature that is NOT a bison. There were actually two elk here.

Out with the old...
Okay, so this is what I have been living with for the last 20 odd years. I have been wanting a change for a long time, but the project just seemed to big & expensive.
But then a couple weeks ago, Larry got the urge to do something about it. Soon things were being torn out and piggy banks were being broken into. This is what we have so far. We have the ceramic tile to put up next.

Spring break at Oma's
Brigham & Jaz spent one night at Oma's. We all had fun. As you can tell, there is an advantage of being the one with the camera. No shots of me in a swimsuit!!

Bear World
So, we heard that Saturday was a free day at Bear World. Melina, Brigham, Jaz & I went up, excited to see the bears. Waited in line with a ton of other cars, finally we were herded in to the Gift Shop. Let Down! We couldn't believe it. So all we got to see was this little bear cub. We couldn't even touch it unless we paid $15 to hold one in a picture. We looked through a window & could see a few younger bears over behind a fence.
No, Jazzy, you aren't in trouble. This is what happens when you leave a little princess alone in the bathroom with Oma's make-up.
